Yes I need a lot of power.
And where we are, the power is in the air. Its the wind.
Everyday I turn around and have lucid moments that I feel the great force surrounding me. The lower level of the atmosphere moves towards the earth. It just passes there and disappear without being caught.
I run two distinct sites. The first; with 3 cooling machines it sucks
88'000kwh of power per year. The second is a small farm, distant 2km of my first site and uses 25'000kwh per year (because of several pumps and a greenhouse)
But how much power is in the air? I have no specific numbers related to my site. No nearby weather station. Nearest is at Istanbul Yesilkoy Airport at 60km. I will have to collect my own data. After a long search on the web I found this machine Lacrosse WS-2308CH and ordered it from http://www.weatherpeddler.com . It should be shipped in this week. I am impatient to receive and set it up. It collects and log data of humidity, rainfall, temperature, wind speed and direction. It displays actual data on screen and data can be continously uploaded to PC by serial port.
I hope this to give me crucial data in middle term.
